    None of the students in EIMD appeared to get their passwords and the form to reset the password produces error. Is there anyway to resend the passwords? I did ask them to check their SPAM folders.

    • I issued new passwords, then sent you details in a private message here and a direct message on Twitter. I’d encourage them to set their own passwords once they are logged in, and wrote instructions for that into the message here. Let us know if that gets everything sorted.

      I thought this to get them logged in without further delay. If the issue is with our emails getting through for some providers, that probably takes more time to troubleshoot. – @brianglanz
