Submitted plasmid DNA isolated earlier today to Genewiz for Sanger sequencing using the M13F/R primers.
Sequenced each of the two plasmids three times with each forward and reverse primer. Here’s a copy of the sample submission form:
Tracked down and submitted four cassettes containing pinto abalone digestive gland tissue that Sean Bennett prepared, as part of his Capstone project. A full list of samples from his project is here (Google Sheet): Pinto Transcriptome
Sent them to Diagnostic Pathology Medical Group for histology processing.
Shipped pinto abalone tissues and RNA to Alyssa Braciszewski at UC-Irvine. These were collected by Sean Bennett during his Capstone Project.
I prepped samples earlier today: http://onsnetwork.org/sjwfriedmanlab/2017/02/22/sample-prep-pinto-abalone-tissuerna-for-collabs-at-uc-irvine/
A full list of samples shipped is here (Google Sheet): 20170222_pinto_abalone_samples
Samples were shipped O/N on dry ice via FedEx: 778526365337
The following DNA samples were isolated from red abalone digestive gland by Lisa on 20150016 :
Prior to submission, I quantified the DNA on the Roberts Lab NanoDrop1000.
I submitted 3μg of each sample to Stan Langevin at the University of Washington Department of Microbiology for sequencing on the Illumina MiSeq, and subsequent analysis.
